ALL SALES FINAL – CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY
Due to the personal, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is custom-made to order, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned products.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery, and include photos of the defect for verification.
If your item arrives damaged in transit and you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout, you may file a claim directly with Route for a replacement or refund. Route protects against damage, loss, and theft. If Route was not purchased, we cannot be responsible for shipping issues once your package leaves our facility.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is confirmed as shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, particularly those marked “delivered” by the carrier. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing Route Insurance at checkout. Carriers do include limited insurance, but claims may be slow or denied depending on circumstances.
