REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

Due to the personal custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If an item is defective in manufacturing, we will replace your item(s) free of charge. If items are received damaged while in transit, Route insurance must have been purchased during checkout. A claim can be filed through insurance in such instances. We want our customers to be happy, we will assist in the best manner possible to achieve a positive resolution.
